To start, I've had a great day. I didn't have to go to school because I had a dentist appointment smack dab in the middle of it, and I couldn't be happier.
On the way to the dentist's office, we realized that we still had about 30 minutes to spare so we went to target. With my birthday being tomorrow, and my family's usual lateness, my mom and grandma asked me what I wanted. I GOT THREE BOOKS AND TWO SHIRTS. win.
Here comes the notsome part: my old dentist fails at life (literally). The last time I had went to a dentist, I had to get four fillings. five. FIVE FILLINGS. Apparently, when you get a filling, you shouldn't feel the drill drilling into your tooth. I did last time. =/ Not only did he hurt me, he did a crappy job at filling in the holes. Upon X-ray examination (how cool does that sound?), he apparently hadn't filled the entire cavity... specifically, the bottom part. My new dentist is nice, funny, and pretty cool, though, so it's all good.
When we got home, I immediately tore into one of the books I got. It's great. more on that later.
And now, I am eating the most delicious sandwich I have ever had. IT'S ALMOST BETTER THAN CHIPOTLE BURRITOS. Maybe. It has lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mustard, mayo, pepper jack cheese, ham, turkey, and salami.
I'm going to go read again. Perhaps I'll do the 18 before 18 thing tomorrow, or perhaps, I'll just celebrate my birthday.
Oh, hai 16.
Today I...
-read 78 pages of "The hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins
-recommend Smart Mouths.

The-Day-That-Shall-Not-Be-Named
I had a really good day.
I completely screwed up a piano test with "Umbridge", but it doesn't even matter. I still have an A in that class.
In English, instead of doing work, we watched "The Shining". At our relatively new school, all classrooms have at least one computer and a projector, so we watch movies and stuff on a big screen that covers the whiteboard. If anyone has seen that movie, they would know about a nudity scene in that movie. Worrying about an administrator walking in during that scene, our teacher decided to block the screen with a white piece of paper. HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A PROJECTOR WORKS. We made fun of him.
In Chem, I helped some kids out, turned in all of my work from the week, and left. very fast.
In band, we just did the same thing as yesterday, but today, we got a revised version of the march being played in Hawaii. The First strain is "Fish and Poi", the second is "Aloha Oe", and the third hasn't been announced yet. All of the parts got switched around, so now it sounds much better than it did yesterday.
Tomorrow is going to be weird. I'm not entirely sure I'll get to post, but if I don't, I will definitely post twice on Sunday. This, most-likely, will happen on all Saturdays. BE PREPARED.
I want to watch The Lion King now.
I'm thinking about starting something daily on here, as a special feature type section of my blog, you know?
I was thinking about maybe posting about how many pages I've read of what each day, or maybe recommend something on the internet.
Today I:
-read 88 pages of "Skipping Christmas" by John Grisham
-recommend fmylife.com

Day Deux.
Well, today wasn't that much better than yesterday. I had a nice long chat with Umbridge that ended in her telling me she was glad I transferred into her class. o.O Whatevs.
In my English class, we spent our fourth one-and-a-half hour class session on "A Rose for Emily" by William Faulkner. 6 HOURS IS WAY TOO MUCH TIME TO READ DEAD PEOPLE'S STORIES. Who does my teacher think he is, my boss? I think not.
Chemistry was fun, I managed to turn in all of the missing work I had, I now have the fifth highest grade in the class, only surpassed by those who copy me. I wish that wasn't true.
In band we started getting ready for Hawaii, they leave on the 13th. One of our members arranged a medley of classic Hawaiian songs. We just started today. We are a VERY last-minute band.
Let's hope they do good. We got sweepstakes in Canada!

ApRiL fOoLzZzZzZz!
BEDA starts today!
Today has been a long day. It started out with me waking up around 5:30 in the morning only to be late to school (which starts at 7:16). 7:16? What kind of school can't choose a regular time to start school? Mine, apparently.
First period was fun, even though we got picked on by our Umbridge of a teacher again. She is literally short, fat, and toad-faced. She's also very rude. =/
Second period wasn't that much better, I really regret not switching out of that class. It's English, by the way, first was piano.
Third period, we did lots of chemistry stuff that basically went in one ear and out the other. I really need to pay more attention in that class. Yesterday, my teacher announced to the class that I got a 36/50 on my midterm. Embarrassed, I tried to act like I didn't hear her. But then, she made it all better by revealing that I had the second highest score in the whole class.
Fourth period was band. We're getting ready for all of our spring events, including Cinco De Mayo and our Hawaii trip. I'm really starting to regret not going. =/
